Payment on archtools couldn't be easier. Processing of all transactions is through Paypal, making all transactions simple and 100% secure.

Using paypal, means that archtools accepts all major debit and credit cards, including: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo, and Debit. 

(We should stress that archtools doesn't accept payment via money transfer schemes such as western union etc. Cheque is acceptable but only under special considerations.

1) Selecting Items

Simply select the items you wish to purchase by clicking on "Add"  This will update your selection into the shopping cart and will remain stored, allowing you to select multiple items from the website.

Upon clicking "Add" you should be brought to a new screen with multiple options.

On this screen you can add or remove additional quantities of the same item and select delivery method.

• Update Basket (Highlighted in Green) - Updates additional quantities or removal of selected items.
• Empty Cart (Highlighted in Red) - Selecting this option will remove all items currently stored in your shopping cart.
• Back to shopping (Highlighted in Pink) - Returns you back to the main shopping list whilst still keeping your selected items stored in the shopping cart.  
• Delivery Options (Highlighted in Blue) - Delivery methods:

Royal Mail 1st Class is for UK based residence only.

International delivery (Outside Europe) - Customers found outside of the European Union. e.g. America, Australia, Israel etc. (Please note, there is a 2kg limit on goods delivered internationally. 

International delivery (Inside Europe) - Customers found outside of the UK, but within the European Union. e.g. France, Spain, Republic of Ireland etc. 

Upon selecting delivery type, the screen will automatically shift to finalising goods total for payment. Click on the "Make Payment" button to proceed to the next step.

2) Submitting Delivery and Order details.

A new screen will appear for the entry of delivery details and confirmation of "Terms and Conditions"

Upon completing the form, please click on "Submit Details" to confirm address details and selected items. If you have a discount code, entry needs to be submitted at this stage in the process.

After finalising all details, please click on "submit" found at the bottom of the screen.

3) Making Payment.

At this stage you can either pay directly for the goods, or use an existing paypal account. If you wish to pay directly, please submit your bank details into the column on the left. Alt, login to your existing paypal account on the right hand side of the screen. (You can create a paypal account by Clicking Here)

This is the final stage of making a transaction. Simply confirm your payment and click on "Pay Now"

If your transaction is declined, this is due to circumstances outside of the control of archtools. (We suggest you contact your card supplier.)
